Caution! Deceptive practices are at play! They will deliver the vehicle and everything seems fine until it’s time to get your deposit back... I lost 2k because they failed to return my deposit. The car was in perfect condition, and I have proof that they promised to refund my deposit, yet after pursuing them for over a month, I still haven’t received it. They will repeatedly claim that the bank is delaying the transfer, but it's unreasonable for it to take more than a month for the funds to be returned. They won’t provide any evidence that the deposit has been processed or respond to my inquiries. While they insist they are not scammers, their actions clearly indicate otherwise. It’s likely that their positive reviews are fabricated to lure you in. Consider other options; it’s simply not worth the stress.
Very pleased with the car, the service and the communication.The specific car we booked wasn’t available, but they gave us the coupe version of the same car (upgrade).The service at the airport was friendly, to the point and the best part; no waiting in line, no long administrative procedures and no insurance upgrade suggestions.The communication prior and after the holiday were just enough. Not a lot of info, but 1 day prior arrival and departure all the info you needed.In short a nice experience and Carzrent delivered what they promised.
Beware! they are scammers!! they will provide you the car and everything will be fine until it comes to returning your deposit... I lost 2k because they did not return my deposit. There was nothing wrong with the car and i got evidence to say they would return my deposit but after chasing them for over a month i still do not have my deposit. They will keep telling you that the bank is taking a long time to transfer the funds, it is impossible for it to take over a month for the funds to be returned. They won't provide you any proof to say the deposit has been released or reply to your messages. They will tell you that they are not scammers but what they are operating is clearly a scam. It is likely that their current reviews are fake to help them get you. Just go elsewhere it is not worth the headache.
