The customer service is unacceptable. I purchased a shelf on July 31 and canceled the order on August 1 because the delivery time was too long. On the website, the state that refunds are processed within 14 days, yet it has already been 19 days without any confirmation that I will receive my money back. This is a significant amount of money, and I feel deceived.
