The sofa covers I ordered were nice. However I purchased a new sofa and was told the measurements were the same as my old sofa, and they were except the cushion to cushion measurement was longer. So the covers were too short. I wanted to return them and when I received the refund, order the longer size. They would not refund my money or exchange because they state they will only take returns due to failed quality or their mistake. They stated this was my error, so no refund!
