BEWARE BEFORE YOU BUY- I ordered 2 pet beds and when I finally received them weeks later, they were not what was expected per their website. I emailed to get the return instructions as they advertise 30 days to return. I emailed them and received a response to give reason and send pictures. That was done immediately. I have emailed them 3 times since 2/16/26 and received a response was on 2/18/26. I then sent 5 more emails since 2/18/26 with zero responses from them with return instructions. Unless you are 100%, do NOT order from them. There are tons of companies that respond appropriately and process returns.
I bought 3 cotton blankets & they are terrific. Delivery left a lot to be desired but this was quickly & easily sorted by the excellent customer service team.
Caution! This company pretends to be based in Australia, but returns must be shipped to China at the customer's expense. Their website does not clearly disclose the returns policy. The return process is lengthy and frustrating, which seems designed to make customers give up and avoid issuing refunds.
Avoid this seller; it's a scam. They do not uphold their return policy. I attempted to return a defective item and provided all the necessary information, including pictures that clearly highlighted the issue. However, they refused to process an exchange or refund. I had to complete all their requirements, only for them to disregard their own return policy.
The reversible scarf is quite nice, featuring appealing muted colors. It's soft and comfortable, though it differs slightly from what I anticipated. When I think of a 'poncho,' I envision a pullover that drapes from the neck, but this item is more like a rectangular scarf or pashmina that sits over the shoulders without an opening for the head. Additionally, it lacks a tag indicating material content or care instructions, which would be very useful.
I placed an order on Nov. 26 and only received part of it two weeks later, thanks to a Good Samaritan in my neighborhood who brought it to my door. The remaining items have never arrived. Despite nearly 10 attempts to reach out, I’ve only received one response. I couldn’t find a phone number, just chat and email, which likely involves AI. They claim the items are in transit, but the tracker shows they’ve been stuck in the same location since Dec. 4. Does anyone at the company believe they will actually arrive? I've finally decided to ask my payment provider to stop the transaction. I refuse to pay for two items when I need all four as a complete set. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company.
