This is my first time using Casa & Beyond. I ordered and paid for a robe at the start of October 2025. I was given a tracking number which on the 24th October told me my purchase had arrived, I was told by Casa & Beyond to check with Australia post. Australia post had no record of the tracking number and Australia post app told me the tracking number was an international tracking number. Over the last week I have been trying to find out from Casa & Beyond where my robe is. Customer service told me they are looking into it but they have not given me any updates.
