Don't expect to be able to return something that you purchased. At my first request for return instructions, they seemed eager to assist and accommodate the request. I sent a photo of the merchandise per their request, but since then, after several follow-ups from me, there has been no response from them. I'm trying to return a bath mat. I'm diabetic with overly sensitive feet, and the mat is uncomfortable for me to step on. I guess I'm stuck with it. I won't use them again.
