This is definitely a shadow store. I ordered silicone utensils with ‘quality’ bamboo handles. The tongs were plastic and the handles are splintery and poorly made. On contacting the business they admitted the tongs were plastic and initially offered a 20% discount. I requested a full refund as it states 14 days no questions asked refunds…however they said it’s too expensive and difficult to return the items to China! they eventually gave me a 50% refund and I kept the products which are usable…
