Unfortunately product was not delivered within the maximum stated time, and there was no eta update from the courier for days, so I had to go to another store in person at late notice to buy items for a child living away for a term. They emailed later to say it was out of their control as the courier they use for metro Melbourne held onto it for four days, would not accept a return. My view is that if you hire a poorly rated courier with multiple time delay complaints, it absolutely is the company’s responsibility. The products were also coming from overseas, whereas I had thought it was an Aust based store and would be quick delivery within stated timeframe. Will not use again, disappointed.
