I ordered an item in good faith, it arrived, I didn’t like the quality, was not what I was expecting, I’m trying to return it and the return process is just absolutely painful. I said I wanted to return it the day after I received it from there I had to take pictures of the packaging, the item itself laid out, send the pictures, then they couldn’t open the pictures, so then I had to resend them as JPEG, now they’re telling me that I could have a 20% discount if I keep the item, and if I return it to China, I have to pay for the shipping because the reason why I’m returning it, does not qualify for payment for shipping, which is not in their returns policy. I qualify for it to be returned and for it to be refunded and for the company to pay for the shipping. And now I’m waiting to hear back.
