I recently submitted an online order for a bathroom mat from Casa & Beyond.There was a glitch in the website, and confusion about the size I wanted, and they sent me the wrong size, claiming that I had made a mistake on my order. Although their website states “risk free, 14 day money-back guarantee”, they refused to replace the product, as they told me “is not their policy to do so”.The mat was a cheaply made, inferior quality product, but was represented on their website as good quality. Interestingly, I have since found the same mat in a bargain shop, for 1/5 of the price I paid.Beware!
