Shipping took longer than expected and despite lots of emails re.progress, actual tracking was difficult until the final day or so. The throws were fine but the Xmas cushions were actually cushion covers and were rubbish material not the expected velvet - very inferior to the pictures shown online. Would I buy from them again - unlikely.
