I placed an order on Nov. 26 and only received part of it two weeks later, thanks to a Good Samaritan in my neighborhood who brought it to my door. The remaining items have never arrived. Despite nearly 10 attempts to reach out, I’ve only received one response. I couldn’t find a phone number, just chat and email, which likely involves AI. They claim the items are in transit, but the tracker shows they’ve been stuck in the same location since Dec. 4. Does anyone at the company believe they will actually arrive? I've finally decided to ask my payment provider to stop the transaction. I refuse to pay for two items when I need all four as a complete set. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company.
