She also seemed to have a great rapport with all the other real estate people we dealt with. Once we identified the house we wanted, we trusted her to negotiate the market rent and she did indeed save us money on the lease contract. Yay Kylie! She even helped us secure utilities which allowed me to obtain Portuguese residency more quickly. She's knowledgeable, a quick thinker, and a really nice person. She's also got an open invitation to visit us anytime she's out this way.
