Wrong motherboard parts sent. No return / refund is available for their mistake

Bought the Casada Hilton II with Model:CMS-454 in Melbourne Home Show. It stopped working in 7 years. Professional technician inspected and diagnose to the faulty of mother board. Contacted Casada head office in Germany. They said the motherboard was available. Buy one from them and ship to Australia. However it's not working when replaced it. Talked with their technician and he said he can't provide a correct version of motherboard and any other service. I contacted their sales representative to arrange a return for a refund. He replied as below;Good morning.We are currently undergoing preliminary insolvency proceedings and are unable to issue credit notes or refunds.
