Bought the Casada Hilton II with Model:CMS-454 in Melbourne Home Show. It stopped working in 7 years. Professional technician inspected and diagnose to the faulty of mother board. Contacted Casada head office in Germany. They said the motherboard was available. Buy one from them and ship to Australia. However it's not working when replaced it. Talked with their technician and he said he can't provide a correct version of motherboard and any other service. I contacted their sales representative to arrange a return for a refund. He replied as below;

We are currently undergoing preliminary insolvency proceedings and are unable to issue credit notes or refunds. We ask for your understanding and patience until an investor has taken over the company. Please contact us again from March onwards.

Bought a few items from this company UK branch over the years and have truly benefit across the board. Has the Maxiwell then Twist massager/footin 2 but now have their betasonic3 massage chair which is something special we invested for our spa room for our Father. Their customer servicing is great too and I trust them alot
I telephoned more than once. I have found it disappointing nobody has taken the trouble to reply to the voicemail I left, over one week ago and I continue to wait for a reply. The recorded message clearly states ‘please leave a message after the tone and someone will return your call as soon as possible.’
