They communicated with their warehouse and factory to check availability and kept me updated throughout the process.
Even though the igniter was temporarily out of stock, they followed up carefully and arranged to send me a replacement as soon as it became available — completely free of charge. The replacement arrived as promised, and after installation, everything works perfectly again.
