I am very satisfied with both the product and the customer service.
The cooktop itself is high quality and works very well. Recently, I accidentally broke one of the spark igniters. I contacted their customer service team, and they responded quickly and professionally. They communicated with their warehouse and factory to check availability and kept me updated throughout the process.
Even though the igniter was temporarily out of stock, they followed up carefully and arranged to send me a replacement as soon as it became available — completely free of charge. The replacement arrived as promised, and after installation, everything works perfectly again.
I truly appreciate their responsible attitude and efficient support. It’s reassuring to know that they stand behind their products and take care of their customers. I highly recommend both their products and their service.
Bought one of their faucets through lowes and it came without the drain stopper. I couldn’t wait to install so had to buy a different faucet. They wouldn’t allow me to return it without all of the pieces so I reached out to Casainc for them to send the drain stopper. It took so long for them to process and then send the part that when it finally arrived, it was passed the return window. Now I am out $121 with a faucet I will never use.
I reached out to the company in August 2025 for a replacement shower hook for one of my bathrooms, and they promptly sent one out at no charge. Then in December 2025, when the shower hook in our other bathroom broke, they again provided a replacement at no cost. I highly recommend this company to anyone interested in their products.
The representative was fantastic! They reached out to confirm that I had ordered the correct part and followed up several times to check if it was functioning properly. They even assisted me in troubleshooting another issue over the phone. I'm genuinely not accustomed to such outstanding customer service from any company. This reminds me of the quality of service our grandparents spoke about from decades ago.
I bought a rain shower system and noticed a face plate was missing. The support team promptly returned my call and informed me that the part would be shipped on Monday. They followed up on Monday with the shipping details and then checked in the following week to confirm I had received it. Outstanding customer service!
The system I ordered had a prefect finish on all parts. The installation was straight forward and simple. When I called with an installation question I had quick and accurate information. Compared to local suppliers for shower kits with quality parts the is no comparison to CASAINC.
The containers are great. Sturdy and easy to put together. The customer service is wonderful. I have never come across any other company that has been so good with their customer service. I will definitely be buying more of their Storage Containers.
