I did not receive my order and after several attempts to reach out to the company and the delivery service, I ended up canceling my order. There has been no refund or communication since. I wouldn't recommend this company as contacting them is very challenging and their response time is frustratingly slow. I've already emailed the support team, logged two tickets with no replies, and sent another message to the courier, yet there’s no record of any attempts to contact me and no missed calls. It's impossible to get in touch when no one responds.
