The delivery was swift, but I was taken aback to learn that they don't permit package inspections, which felt a bit risky. I was anxious while waiting for someone to help me open it—what if it was the wrong item? Fortunately, I eventually got help and assembled the legs of the sideboard. The sideboard itself is gorgeous, exactly as depicted in the pictures, and the real wood quality for the price is fantastic. I truly love it.
I did not receive my order and after several attempts to reach out to the company and the delivery service, I ended up canceling my order. There has been no refund or communication since. I wouldn't recommend this company as contacting them is very challenging and their response time is frustratingly slow. I've already emailed the support team, logged two tickets with no replies, and sent another message to the courier, yet there’s no record of any attempts to contact me and no missed calls. It's impossible to get in touch when no one responds.

Excellent product and service at a great price. I also ordered installation, and the team did a fantastic job. Unfortunately, one box was missing two slats, but the company contacted me the same day, sourced the missing parts, and returned a few days later to install them. Amazing customer service, thanks to the representative and the team.
