I ordered on January 12th and got a confirmation email. After three days with no updates, my account showed it as "completed," which made me anxious about a potential scam due to reviews. I reached out to the support team on the 15th but got no reply. Thankfully, my order arrived on the 19th from overseas. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the case—it's glossy, has bright images, and feels quite durable (I opted for the tough case). Better communication would really help.
