I placed an order on January 12th and received a confirmation email. After three days without updates, I saw my account marked as "completed," which made me anxious due to some reviews. I emailed the support team on the 15th but got no response. Luckily, my order arrived on the 19th from abroad. I'm really happy with the quality of the case—it's glossy, has vibrant images, and feels very durable (I chose the tough case). Improved communication would be greatly appreciated.
