When I reached out to customer support, I encountered numerous issues, including a lack of basic functionalities and a frustrating return process designed to deter customers. You must return the item to China at your own expense of £17. Spare yourself the hassle, time, and money. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. I will never buy from this service again and strongly recommend others shop elsewhere. They sell items that do not match their descriptions, and their customer support is inadequate.
