Terrible company. Terrible customer service. My shipment was delayed for 3 weeks and I ended up getting a phone case from another company KeziHome (great quality case by the way). Casebus would not cancel my order. I ended up receiving the phone case I didn't need. Customer service said I could either take $5 as a goodwill offering or send the case back to China which would cost more than the case for a full refund. Don't buy from this company unless you are willing to eat the cost of your case.

Extremely disappointing experience with shipping and returns

It took 72 hours to process the order, which was acceptable. However, I then spent two weeks receiving incorrect shipping information and had no idea when my item would arrive. During this time, I ordered another item from a different seller that arrived before this order. I attempted to return the unopened and unused item, as their website claims this is allowed, but my return request was swiftly denied. They offered me a mere $5 compensation for a $50 item. The customer service was appalling. I would recommend avoiding this seller entirely.

Misleading Product Description

I then shared a screenshot of their website showing the full coverage, but they informed me that I would need to pay an exchange fee of £8.99, which I find completely unfair. This feels like false advertising, as their description implied more than what was delivered. Additionally, I would have to cover the postal and packaging costs. I would advise against using this company, as you can't be sure of what you'll get, and assistance is lacking if there’s an issue. I understand I should have read more carefully, but this situation is a mistake on both sides. I only wanted an exchange, not a refund—lesson learned.

Deceptive retailer with poor service.

Deceptive retailer. It's not clear that products are shipped from overseas. Tracking is chaotic and unreliable, leading to significant uncertainty. The item arrived damaged. Customer support was unhelpful and evasive. Returns could only be made to the overseas location, without a return label, and at the customer's expense. Without the assistance from a payment service, I would have been left with a faulty item. Unprofessional, unclear, and unfriendly to customers. Avoid ordering.

I'm truly astonished that this service is even operational. I ordered a phone case that bore no resemblance to the advertised images. What I received was flimsy, cheap, and shockingly subpar — certainly not worth the inflated price. When I reached out to customer support, I encountered numerous issues, including a lack of basic functionalities and a frustrating return process designed to deter customers. You must return the item to China at your own expense of £17. Spare yourself the hassle, time, and money. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. I will never buy from this service again and strongly recommend others shop elsewhere. They sell items that do not match their descriptions, and their customer support is inadequate. Avoid at all costs!

Ongoing issues with phone cases

My husband has bought me my third phone case in under three years. The first lasted around 16-18 months, while the second one only lasted 6-7 months. Both previous cases began to peel, making them look damaged. When he contacted them about the second case, they instructed him to return it to the overseas location at his expense. He continues to buy these for me because he knows I like them, but I truly wish they would use higher quality materials for their products.

STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS

Please refrain from ordering from this service. The quality of the cases is appalling. When attempting to return, you're offered an exchange for another low-quality case or a £5 refund on your original £25 purchase. The company communicates politely but avoids facilitating returns, using various tactics to dissuade you from claiming a full refund. I’m baffled by how they continue to operate. STAY AWAY at all costs.

Avoid this service

Avoid this service and consider alternatives. I ordered a case for my son’s Christmas gift, and there was no delivery commitment at the time of order on December 20th. The tracking feature didn’t work. They stated the processing time could take 1-3 business days, not including shipping, which would take an additional 3-7 days. That's two weeks for a phone case during the holiday season! Completely useless!

Total waste of time

Total waste of time! I signed for the package but didn't receive it. They seem uninterested in resolving the issue. Never again!
