Misleading Product Description

I ordered a phone case from the company, and the image suggested it was a full-body case that would cover both the front and back. However, when it arrived, it was just a back cover. I then shared a screenshot of their website showing the full coverage, but they informed me that I would need to pay an exchange fee of £8.99, which I find completely unfair. This feels like false advertising, as their description implied more than what was delivered. Additionally, I would have to cover the postal and packaging costs. I would advise against using this company, as you can't be sure of what you'll get, and assistance is lacking if there’s an issue. I understand I should have read more carefully, but this situation is a mistake on both sides. I only wanted an exchange, not a refund—lesson learned.
