Caser are awful. Do not take their insurance ever. Yoigo should move insurance companies.My phone was stolen and they are refusing to pay me because I reported the theft 3 days after it happened when on the policy it says I have 7 days to call and notify Caser and nothing about the police. It has been 2 months since the theft happened and I have not had a phone. They are ridiculous and do not have policy information available online on your profile.
