I ordered six bottles of a hard-to-find wine that was well-priced. My credit card was charged in full, and I paid for expedited shipping. After a week of silence and no wine, I emailed with no reply. I finally got a message saying the shipment was 'damaged.' I was offered different wines but insisted on the original order. Ultimately, I received no wine and had to persistently follow up to finally get a refund. Unacceptable service.
