Totally disappointed
Wine was advertised as a year 2019 when I received package i find wine was from year 2020
Other issue is when I purchased i ordered six bottles but i received only four.
I tried contact and I send two emails explaining what happened.
Nobody contacted me and I didn’t see reimbursement for missing two bottles from my order.
Please explain
I found a specific year of the item I was looking for on the site and was thrilled to order a half case. However, when it arrived, none of the bottles were from the year I had ordered; instead, I received two different later years. There was no communication or notification regarding this change. I even reached out via email to inquire about it, but received no response. It’s frustrating to see a specific year listed if that’s not what will be delivered. Very disappointing.
I had an amazing experience with the service. From the online ordering with a vast selection of wines to the perfectly packaged delivery, everything was excellent. The price of my chosen wine was also fantastic! I would definitely recommend!

I ordered six bottles of a hard-to-find wine that was well-priced. My credit card was charged in full, and I paid for expedited shipping. After a week of silence and no wine, I emailed with no reply. I finally got a message saying the shipment was 'damaged.' I was offered different wines but insisted on the original order. Ultimately, I received no wine and had to persistently follow up to finally get a refund. Unacceptable service.
