Okay so I hadn't looked at my account in a few days and I went to make a purchase and realized oh my God I have no money at all $0.00 so I decided to go through all the charges that have been taking place in the last several weeks because I hadn't been using the account the first one I call and I'll show you screenshots of is this place called Chrono technologies LLC it had charged me duplicate times in about a 6 minute period on a Wednesday so I went in there like they always want you to call the merchant first so of course I decided I'd definitely do that right now so I got on and I look and it's comes from some place called Broadway Street California I can't remember the exact address I'll show you screenshots of it but then when I have it called the 800 number that it's attached to it comes up as cashapp support for their own company I wait on the line for about 10 minutes before somebody answers and it's a lady and she asked me what's going on today and I tell her apparently you guys are the merchant your name's Chrono technologies LLC cuz that's your number posted under their technologies and you guys are the ones charging me for this several amounts of money then the lady freaking hangs up on me unbelievable and now I'm just not sure what I'm even supposed to do cuz what just keep calling them back I've had with cash app I've had so many problems I don't know if this is just me or all of America but sometimes I get charges on my account before I even get the new card in the mail or before I even activated the card they're already getting back into my account somehow and making charges to weird places and I'm a American on disability I mean I get $1,200 a month my rent is $1250. Plus electric basically 1400.month. so if you guys understand what I'm saying I don't have money to waste and this is not something I can even deal with or understand I wish somebody could help me with this issue.
When you get denied on these disputes it makes a guy feel very alone and isolated even helpless in the world today.
