Cash app is always letting various hackers take money out of your account they claim they don't know where your money went or how it got taken out and if you pursue it they claim they will block you from having cash app like that is a punishment. If somebody gets into my account and takes money out I'm going to ask questions. Google Play entertainment has taken $8.47 out attempted over a hundred times It never set off any red flags to cash app. Absolutely ridiculous not to find out how in 5 years somebody has never ever purchased anything off of Google Play and then all of a sudden in one day they're going to do so for $8.47 over a hundred times in one day? No red flags no security nothing and then when I request my money back they do nothing they did deny me and sent me an email stating that they would close my account I went to Google Play and Google Play has stated I don't even have an account with Google Play

My experience with the Cash App Offer Program has been smooth and easy to use. I really like how seamless it is to find the offer section in the app and activate deals without any confusion. Everything feels well organized and user-friendly, which makes the process quick and convenient during everyday use.

The offers themselves are nice and simple to redeem once activated, and I appreciate that I don’t have to do anything extra at checkout for them to apply. However, I do feel like the options are somewhat lacking. While the current offers are good and useful, I would enjoy seeing a wider variety and more frequent updates to keep things fresh.

Overall, I’ve had a positive experience. The program is easy to navigate, the offers are genuinely helpful, and the seamless design makes it enjoyable to use. With more options added in the future, it would be even better.

I don't know I've had so many let downs and inconviences with cash app ,like for example Ive had more than 3 qualifying deposits and SSA sends my payments regularly and I still haven't been able to enable or use features that are supposed to be rendered to me according to all the misleading offers they fill up my phone with .other than this inconvience I happen to love cash app . Oh and also my past accounts are never accessable for some reason ,some accounts still had funds that were never returned to me even reopening a new account with a different device.

I've been a Cash App customer for years. I sent money to my mother-in-law so she could buy things to take to Cuba, and they withheld the money. The amount is $1200, and they've had it for more than two weeks now, and they still haven't returned it. I call customer service, and they always tell me that another department handles the problem. This department only communicates via email. They've only responded twice since they froze the money, and to this day, I still haven't received my money back. I've called several times, and they give me the same answer. As a customer, I no longer want to use their service. They've had my money for almost three weeks and haven't resolved the problem. The customer service is terrible.

My experience with Cash App has been deplorable. I filed two claims with the financial services, to which both claims have been denied. The first claim I filed was on January 21, 2026 in the amount of $29.99. I took an IQ test on 1/12/2026 via the MyIQ website. After taking the test, I received a message saying that in order to view my result, I would have to pay a $1 fee. I entered my Cash App card information, and two charged in the amount of .50 cent each was debited from my account. On January 20, 2026, I saw that another charge of $29.99 was debited from CA account. I contacted MyIQ to enquirer about the charge. After providing them my information, such as my name, email addresses and telephone number. I was told my the representative that there was no account or subscription showing up in my name. They told me that they are unable to help me and that I should contact my bank. I contacted Cash App to dispute this charge. I was informed by them that it would take up to 10days for them to do/complete an investigation into my claim. I waited to hear back from them but heard nothing.

On January 29, 2026, I contacted them again to file another claim for a payment that was sent to my landscaper Dustin Whaley; handle Dustin Whaley Whaley. I contracted Mr. Whaley to plow the snow off driveway, walkways and sidewalks for the price of $50. I asked that he sent me pictures once the job was done so I can send him his payment. While at work, I kept getting text messages from him saying that I disrespected his work and that his worker quit on him. He felt that I crossed his boundaries and that I was ungrateful. He sent a follow-up text message saying that they did what I asked and that I should accept it had a good deed of today. He also mentioned that not all money is good money. I work in healthcare and I’m not allowed to talk on my cellphone while working on the floor, so what I did was waited until I went on my break to send him the $50 payment via Cash App. When I got home that night I saw that the work the he and I agreed upon was not completed. I immediately went onto Cash App to file a dispute because services was not rendered.

On January 29, 2026, I called Cash App to speak with a representative. I told him that I filed a claim online the night before. He told me that there was no claim showing for 1/28/26. He then said that he saw the claim. He then informed me that both claims that I filed were not actionable. I asked him what does that mean and he could not give me an explanation. He kept talking in circles. Every question I asked went unanswered. I became frustrated to the point where I had to ask to speak with another representative. He kept talking in gibberish so I requested to speak with a supervisor. He said that they had no supervisor. I then asked to speak to the next person in charge. He said that would be the manager. I then asked to speak with the manager and was told the manager is not available to speak with me. Really? What type of financial services is this? He did not asked to take my phone number so that a manager can contact me to discuss my issue. At this point, I lost it. I was so perturbed with the incompetent representative that I withdrew all the money from my savings account, cash app balance and transferred it back over to my credit union. I tried to withdraw the money I have in Bitcoins as well but was unable to do so because I did not know how. Anyways, I am done with Cash App! I cannot patronize a company or financial services that does not value their customers.
