I've been a Cash App customer for years. I sent money to my mother-in-law so she could buy things to take to Cuba, and they withheld the money. The amount is $1200, and they've had it for more than two weeks now, and they still haven't returned it. I call customer service, and they always tell me that another department handles the problem. This department only communicates via email. They've only responded twice since they froze the money, and to this day, I still haven't received my money back. I've called several times, and they give me the same answer. As a customer, I no longer want to use their service. They've had my money for almost three weeks and haven't resolved the problem. The customer service is terrible.
