I'm writing this review in the hopes of saving even ONE person from downloading this pathetic app. If you ever have a single issue, they will not help you. Their customer service is abysmal and robotic and their templated answers are full of lies - like when you're supposed to hear back from someone or telling you to reply to an email even though they've closed the email thread so it won't go through to anyone. You'll get stuck on a hamster wheel of horrible non-existent support for months and if you do actually get through to a human that's higher up, they have zero desire to truly help you or make things right. Do yourself a favor and go with ANY other peer-to-peer payment service.
Edit: In response to the reply, Cash App has had MULTIPLE chances to make this right and has let this issue drag out for months now. I have submitted multiple disputes, multiple complaints, and I keep hitting the same wall every time because no one ACTUALLY cares about helping and solving this the right way. So thanks but no thanks on getting sucked back into the useless merry-go-round.
