This is the second time I have used them and they couldn't price match Even though I had sent more gold to them than I had to the company I got a better offer from, and some silver too. Although my gold was high carat they gave me a significantly lower offer, which although I appreciate was calculated on weight was still worth more. Maybe I misplaced my loyalty The reason I have given 3 stars was because they made the process easy and they were friendly over the phone.
Amazing service. Received my pack the day after I requested it. Sent it back and within 24 hours I was offered a sum which I accepted. The money was in my account within 15 minutes! Very friendly and efficient chap on the phone too. 10 out of 10, thank you!
Was not very impressed with the initial offer and also the weight was less than I made it. The initial offer was £300 less than todays gold price we did eventually agree on £500 but they still made more than a £100 on 16grams of gold .
The money was in my account very quickly though.
I would advise others to do your research and dont accept their first offer .
All was good in the end, but the inital offer was £350 LOWER.
Beware accepting the initial offer, do your research and know what your gold is worth. If I had accepted, C4GN would have made £450 profit on my gold. (only 23grams!)
The next offer was still very low.
Final offer was acceptable.
Once accepted, the process was smooth and payment was fast.
I will also add, that C4GN cover up to £750 for postage. To cover up to £2500 at the post office I was charged £10 more. as set out in the royal mail fees for pre 1pm special delivery.
