I had an outstanding experience at Cash Converters Goodna thanks to Michael and Noah in the Selling Department.
I came in with some items after unpacking from a house move, and both Michael and Noah were efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely helpful. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
A very special thank you to Michael. Not only is he exceptional with customer service and product knowledge, but he immediately recognised signs of my medical condition. He calmly supported me, provided a chair and water, reassured me he was First Aid qualified, and discreetly checked whether I needed medical help—all while continuing to work. His professionalism, care and quick response were extraordinary and deeply appreciated.
Most people don’t know how to react when my condition appears, but Michael handled it with empathy, confidence and grace. He also ensured I got safely to my car afterward.
Cash Converters Goodna are incredibly lucky to have both Michael and Noah on their team. I’ll definitely be returning as I keep unpacking the rest of my boxes!
