Shernell Quamina was my contact. Initially I was very anxious that I would be taken advantage of and that there would be problems. Shernell explained everything thoroughly, including detailed information that the check to me would be written out from Copart, Inc through Bank of America. She also explained that if I was offered cash, or if anything seemed out of line I should call her immediately. I also was contacted directly by the towing company. I took pictures of the car when it was being loaded and got the tow truck drivers license, as well as the check that was issued to me. (Just in case something went wrong) Everything went smoothly. The check was large and cleared by the following morning. I also received a bill of sale email from CashforCash reminding me to report the sale to DMV.
