I recently sent in a mix of silver to this company. The mix contained old jewelry, pieces of miscellaneous silver, and even 1 stagecoach 1oz. bar of .999 silver. Their appraisal once they received it in the mail was for $20!!! Silver is going for approx. $48 per ounce....the package that I sent them contained ATLEAST 3oz. of silver. The lowest grade of silver in the whole lot was 92.5. Needless to say, I DECLINED the measly $20 offer! What a joke and waste of time sending to this company
