I initially felt uneasy about sending a large amount of silver to an online organization. However, they were highly responsive to my messages and even called me when needed. They clearly explained the procedure and managed everything effectively.
I truly value the customer service; it's a definite plus. However, if I weren't under financial stress, I would have chosen a different option. The current spot price compared to the offer seems significantly low to me. I sent over 6 grams of silver. The spot price yesterday was 89, and I received $313, which included a 10% bonus. So, doing the math, I ended up with $50 per gram, which feels like only 60% of what it should be. I won't be returning.
The entire experience was seamless. I simply reached out, specified what I wanted to sell, and provided my details. Soon after, I received a notification that my shipping label was en route. Just a few days later, I was informed that my shipment had arrived. The following day, I received a quote. Truly an effortless experience.
The process was very simple to understand and use. Once my items were received they told me so and the next thing I got was notification of the estimated amount which I said yes to. I then received a text letting me know that the check was en route to me.
I recently sent in a mix of silver to this company. The mix contained old jewelry, pieces of miscellaneous silver, and even 1 stagecoach 1oz. bar of .999 silver. Their appraisal once they received it in the mail was for $20!!! Silver is going for approx. $48 per ounce....the package that I sent them contained ATLEAST 3oz. of silver. The lowest grade of silver in the whole lot was 92.5. Needless to say, I DECLINED the measly $20 offer! What a joke and waste of time sending to this company
This was extremely simple! I boxed up my spare silver and printed the label they provided for my via email. I was notified through text about my silver every step of the way through the shipping process and once they received it and the info for the appraisal process. The appraisal process took only 24 hours and I was sent links through text and email as well the amount they would purchase and to approve that amount or decline for the silver to be shipped back at no charge. The only issue I saw was the appraiser never notifies on the weight of the silver or the price they are purchasing per weight (not much info for invoice). I highly recommend and will definitely use this company again!
