This was extremely simple! I boxed up my spare silver and printed the label they provided for my via email. I was notified through text about my silver every step of the way through the shipping process and once they received it and the info for the appraisal process. The appraisal process took only 24 hours and I was sent links through text and email as well the amount they would purchase and to approve that amount or decline for the silver to be shipped back at no charge. The only issue I saw was the appraiser never notifies on the weight of the silver or the price they are purchasing per weight (not much info for invoice). I highly recommend and will definitely use this company again!
