I had read a lot about this company before I sent my silver and gold to them for redemption. I expected a good quote and eventually got one. Initially they sent me a quote that was much lower than I expected but I called them and they looked into it and found out that some of the data on my submission had not been entered correctly from their end. I had sent two gold coins and several silver coins and other items and someone apparently forgot to enter the data or there was a technical glitch. Once they corrected this issue, they sent a quote that was very close to the market value of the coins that I had sent. So I was pleased overall with the service and they are also quite courteous. The process may take a little longer than they claim (one business day) which could be improved, but when they have a lot of work to do it is in some sense understandable. TIP: Make sure you study the "spot price" on silver/gold or whatever you are sending the day you send it. The final quote will be a bit less but should be close. If it's way off, it's not enough! Let them know you know the market prices when you talk to them. I will definitely use them again as a source to sell my precious metals and other items!
