Overall pretty happy. I was offered less than what I was quoted after they looked at my laptop, but they explained in detail the reason for the lower offer. They were friendly and efficient in processing the sale. I would also like to mention that I had contacted several different companies about selling my laptop, and no one accepts Chromebooks, apparently.
