Easy, straightforward process. You answer a few questions, they send you the shipping label, and upon receipt, they give you an updated final offer, based on their techs' examination of the laptop. Once you accept (you can also say no and have it shipped back to you), they pay you via your preferred platform. Would use again!
Sent in 2 different laptops, they confirmed receipt of the package and then ghosted. I emailed them multiple times and each time was told that my case was "escalated" but I was never actually contacted by anyone about being paid. It's been over 2 weeks and at this point, they've just stolen from me. Order #64355Edit: They magically contacted me after posting this review to say both laptops were worthless and offered me $10 for both, OR $25 IF I REMOVE THIS BAD REVIEW.Scam company. You're not buying me for $25.Edit 2: Not only is this company bribing people to remove reviews, they also can't keep their orders organized. My order sheet very CLEARLY says I sent in a Razer Blade 17 RZ09-0368x and the Lenovo Yoga 720 with a combined estimated value of $386. Nothing about a Victus and no idea who else's order you probably messed up to think that.Funny to say a Razer 17 has zero market value when your own website offers over $300 for it. We call that a bait and switch!I wouldn't trust a single positive review on here as they are all generic and there's multiple reports of them paying for reviews.
