I went hard playing "Travel Time" the last 3 goals awarder gems equal to approx $100, $150 & $250.
I reached the $100 goal and cashed out my gems instantly to Revolut; hence the 'Initially a positive experience but ..'’
To get the last 2 goals Ih spent the $100 on in-game purchases, however, upon going to cash out all of my Cash & Gift Card options are gone.

I've file 5-6 complaints and have yet to have a human interaction & the auto responses that I am getting are focused on their rights to suspend your account for any violation or infraction. I've read it several times and am sure I did nothing wrong.
It just seems like they are banking on players giving up/losing interest in trying to fix the missing payout options.
I have almost $400 in gems to cash out, a considerable investment of time and money were necessary to get me there.
I am just really disappointed, I had told several people how quick the payouts were, how the rewards were worth playing towards, etc and then I'm due to cash out almost $400 & they take away my payout options.
