CashGiraffe is one of the better reward apps I’ve used. It’s simple, easy to understand, and feels much more trustworthy than a lot of similar apps. Good for earning a little extra in a straightforward way.
Have 4 payments owed to me for over $20. Customer Service does not respond. Reached milestones 2x in a game and never credited. Cashout to paypal did not happen. Another game milestone reached never rectified. Customer Service is not consistent and not accommodating. At least other apps address and respond. Let down extensively. Customer service very very inefficient and deciding whether to cancel app.
Update on my review, maybe cash giraffe could be a little honest. I uninstalled the game I gave it a couple weeks almost three now I've reinstalled the game, thought to myself I'll just start over instead of brought me back to the same account a gold member and still I'm not allowed to cash in my coins or jams whatever you want to call it. Shows that I have 8900 and it won't let me cash out. Beware to all those that use this app, the higher up you go the longer it takes to get your coins and then once you hit codes member you start getting problems. And again when you ask them what is the problem or why can I not cash out, I'm just told that I'm suspended, I didn't know you could get suspended from playing these apps because you're good at them that's pretty sad. I think this app was a fraud you asked me I think a group of people should get together and do a class action on them because we waste our time and we waste money playing in the apps so that the creator of the app can sit and get rich. I don't even want to give it a star stress do not want to give it a star it's not worth it. Like I said maybe this app should be honest.

Hello Werberat and Verbraucherzmschutz,Cash Giraffe from just dice owes me over 111000 in coins.I have been chasing them all day and their customer service simply doesnt respond.As they are refusing to repond and address the issue i would like to open a case about them for false advertising.
If your having issues in game or it says error when you try to open app you can just uninstall then reinstall. You will NOT loose your points. For whatever reason this is the one game from these people that I've had the fewest issues with. There other games (cash cow, cash em all( were I too get no response from C S which owes me around 175000 in missing coins), test em all, and several others all of which have the exact same setup
