I've really enjoyed my time using that site and have cashed out a decent amount of money in the week or so since discovering. Yesterday I after doing some offers, I closed my browser without exiting the site. I then turned on my VPN to go play at a site and cashinstyle popped up. I knew I was effed. Went back to site after turning off my VPN and of course, my account my banned. Not gonna lie I was super mad at myself. I emailed support, thinking this is pointless (they generally NEVER hear you out). To my surprise I checked my email and received a message saying thanks for the clarification and that my account was active again. That's some A+ customer support right there! Lol. I'll definitely be paying better attention in the future.

Unfortunately, I am forced to give 1 star. Yes, the platform does pay out money, but when it comes to offers, it is terrible.
The offers are weak, and most of the games are repetitive. You complete a game on the same platform, for example for a lower reward, and later the exact same offer appears on another offer wall for a higher reward — but you can no longer complete it. So there is never a good moment to start an offer, because you never know when the same one will appear later for a better payout.
The offers are so difficult that they require hours of gameplay just to have a chance of completing them. In Poland, most visible games are things like sorting games or reaching level 40 in some game, which in reality means completing around 10,920 rounds — all within a month. There are also games like “meters from Ray Mobile,” which do not pay anything at all, and the offer walls also reject claims about missing rewards.
Another important issue is the tier system. In my opinion, the tiers in Poland are completely unfair. We receive Tier 2/3 offers. I can understand Tier 2, but Tier 3 is a joke. I would say such tiers are more appropriate for countries like India. The offers are so poor that even for such small amounts, they are not worth doing. Some in-game achievements are set so unrealistically high and unprofitable that it further discourages Polish users from completing these tasks.

Find the offer, complete the tasks, get paid a little or alot it's up to you which offers you try and rewards you want.
Aside from the offerwall, I got to tell you also about the surveys you can do as well to earn but this too is not typically what you see elsewhere.

This system pays you for your time, NOT each survey you complete. So in other words if your used to being screened out and not paid this system will pay you for all the time you put in even with screen outs and however many you complete or don't. 10 minutes of screen outs and attempts still pays and you can actually save and continue later if you want!! Like I said, I've never seen this elsewhere.
Any rewards you get you won't have to make alot or wait alot to get them paid out to you. There's only a $2 minimum but might actually be less and fast or instant withdraws to PayPal, crypto or gift card.
Anyway, I think CiS is honestly one of if not the best because it's a legit resource to make extra cash without you feeling like they are the only ones making the extra cash on your time and efforts. I don't know if they have any ridiculous and annoying ads because I've never seen them. That's not how I signed up. instead it was from REAL people giving their REAL thoughts about this REAL platform built and maintained by a small but mighty group of real people, who are like you and me, and treat us accordingly. I don't feel like a victim using their platform I feel like it's a privilege and I really appreciate everyone at CashinStyle for all they do and allowing me and everyone else that privilege.

I completed an offer valued at around $94 on January 28th, it was held for 1 week which is fairly normal for this site. When the 1 week passed I tried to withdraw the money and the site rejected my withdrawal, and placed the offer back on hold for another month. A total of 37 days that my funds will be locked for. For “security purposes”
No other site holds funds for this long and they definitely don’t lift a hold and then place another hold. Avoid this site if you like having your money at a reasonable time

I've been using this platform for a couple of years now and have thoroughly explored its features while interacting with the support team. They are incredibly helpful and attentive to users. They even allowed me to keep $30 from a game when they didn't have to! I played the same game twice on different devices and had a little confusion about the rules—one game per user. But I got to keep the $30! That’s not something you see often with these types of services. I have no complaints about the platform or the support team, and I plan to continue earning here.
