I had an extremely disappointing experience with the service. They collected all of my personal information, processed the full application, and then declined me without providing any clear explanation. It felt like a total waste of my time. If they knew my application would not be approved, they shouldn't have gathered so much sensitive information in the first place. Very frustrating and disheartening. I won't be applying with them again and wouldn't recommend them to others.
