However, I have never felt that way with this service, largely thanks to the manager at the location. The manager is fantastic! They listen and assist you in finding the best offers you qualify for. Their support is invaluable. This is why I am thankful for the service and remain a loyal customer.

The manager, whose name I can't recall but is known for her tattoos, has consistently made me feel at ease when I’m concerned about finances and deadlines. She truly deserves a generous salary for her commitment and hard work towards customer satisfaction.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with the service. They collected all of my personal information, processed the full application, and then declined me without providing any clear explanation. It felt like a total waste of my time. If they knew my application would not be approved, they shouldn't have gathered so much sensitive information in the first place. Very frustrating and disheartening. I won't be applying with them again and wouldn't recommend them to others.

We need an opportunity to refinance at a significantly lower rate. This feels like a scam, worse than any mobile money lending tactics. What was the point of the line of credit? It hasn't even improved my credit score; it has just drained my finances over the last five years without any benefit. This service should limit itself to payday loans only. Many are struggling with jobs and facing eviction, while a significant portion of payments is taken away without any return. I would never recommend this service. Paying $1,000, plus $88 in fees and another $88 in interest feels like robbery. I’m disappointed that my honest review may not be appreciated, as I see no value from my years of consistent payments.
It would be wonderful to have the option to pay any amount back on this loan whenever we want. It’s disheartening to make a payment of $200 or more, only to see that just $50 goes toward the principal due to the high interest rate.
