I contacted the company for help, and they confirmed I hadn’t used the codes but still refused to issue a refund, directing me to my bank instead. This service has misrepresented the refund policy, and it seems the company benefits from their dubious practices. Use them at your own risk; if issues arise, don’t expect any money back.
