Bought a gift card on black Friday deal, I have never been able to access it nor the bonus gift card. It is actual theft, you can't contact them, I have tried a few different ways since the end of Nov last year and had no response at all. How they are allowed to operate I don't know. Blatant thieves.

It's astonishing how they maintain any partnerships. I will pursue this until it's resolved. Be wary, they charge you but deny it, and then... nothing happens. They seem to rely on kids spending their allowance. With over 1000 negative reviews across various platforms, their dishonesty is evident. The support team was utterly useless.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this service. I purchased two gift cards as Christmas gifts for my grandson, under the impression I was dealing with a reputable company. The order indicated a refund could be requested within 14 days if the codes weren’t redeemed. I later decided to request a refund since my grandson preferred cash. I was shocked when they responded saying no refunds were given. I contacted the company for help, and they confirmed I hadn’t used the codes but still refused to issue a refund, directing me to my bank instead. This service has misrepresented the refund policy, and it seems the company benefits from their dubious practices. Use them at your own risk; if issues arise, don’t expect any money back.
I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered a gift card on December 12th, promising next-day delivery via USPS. Christmas came and went without the card. I followed up at the end of December, and they told me to wait 15 business days due to holiday traffic. Now it's January 9th, and after contacting them again, they say it could take up to 20 business days and that I should keep waiting! I requested to cancel the physical card and receive a digital one instead, but they ignored that completely. They took my money and delivered nothing. $250 lost!
