I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered a gift card on December 12th, promising next-day delivery via USPS. Christmas came and went without the card. I followed up at the end of December, and they told me to wait 15 business days due to holiday traffic. Now it's January 9th, and after contacting them again, they say it could take up to 20 business days and that I should keep waiting! I requested to cancel the physical card and receive a digital one instead, but they ignored that completely. They took my money and delivered nothing. $250 lost! I am furious with this awful customer service!
