Similar to other experiences shared here, I purchased gift cards from a company using this service, and the money was immediately deducted from my account, but I never received any email confirmation or the gift cards. I called the company, and they claimed to have no record of my purchase, even though it clearly appears on my bank statement. Something fraudulent is happening here. Stay away!
