I’m extremely frustrated with the way @PlayStation / Gift Card Support has handled my issue. I accidentally purchased a USD gift card while based in Europe — and it turns out I can’t redeem it because of currency restrictions that weren’t clearly communicated at checkout.I reached out for help and was told I could place a new order in euros and then cancel the original one. That seemed fair. But now I’ve received the exact same copy-pasted response THREE times from a support rep (Alexis S.), refusing to acknowledge my situation at all.It feels like the support team is either not reading my messages, or they just don’t care. I'm not asking for a refund — just to exchange the unusable USD card once I buy the correct one. That’s not unreasonable. This kind of robotic, unhelpful customer service is unacceptable. If you sell gift cards internationally, your system should either block incompatible purchases or clearly warn users upfront.I’ve wasted hours trying to resolve this, and I’m no closer to a solution. If I don’t hear back from someone who can actually help, I’ll escalate through my payment provider and share this experience widely so others can avoid the same issue.Do better.EDIT: Even Maurice who was able to react in public hasn't reached out to me. If I could give 0 stars they deserve it.
